Regulated Swiss software teams in banking, insurance, pharma, and healthcare are rarely held back by the models. They are held back by approval: today's AI coding tools offer too little governance, too little traceability, and too little control over where code and context flow, so risk and compliance functions cannot sign them off.
We are building an AI coding environment to be approvable from the start: designed to keep the decision over which models are reachable, and where code is processed, with the organisation, inside a boundary under its own control and within Swiss jurisdiction. Not a faster tool that compliance has to catch up with, but one a regulated organisation can say yes to.
Founders
Co-Founder & CEO
Robin holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Oxford and a BA from the University of St.Gallen, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Entrepreneurship. As CEO he is responsible for strategy, for building the design-partner programme, and for the conversations with regulated teams that shape the product.
Co-Founder & CTO
Andrin is currently pursuing an MSc in Computer Science at the University of St.Gallen and holds a BSc in Business Informatics. He has worked in ML engineering, training and deploying language models and building inference infrastructure. As CTO he is responsible for the environment itself: the IDE, the model routing, and the architecture this site describes.
Status
HelvetiCode is an early-stage Swiss venture. Incorporation is planned ahead of the first pilots.
